On 1/19/18 at 1630 hours, the Santa Maria Police Department Special Enforcement Team (SET) and the Santa Maria Police Community Service Unit (CSU) worked together to serve a narcotics search warrant in the 1100 block of Grass Valley Way, Santa Maria.
Christina Duckworth was charged with maintaining a residence where drugs are used/sold, possession of heroin, being under the influence of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Matthew Jackson was charged with possession of heroin, being under the influence of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation. Anthony Davie was charged with possession of heroin, being under the influence of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation. Ronald Claborn was charged with a violation of parole. Gabriel Ramis was charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance and violation of probation. Dawn Whitcomb was charged with being under the influence of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Duckworth, Jackson, Davie, Claborn and Ramis were all transported and booked into the SBCO Jail. Whitcomb was cited and released from SMPD.
