Good Morning. I hope you all had a great weekend, mine was OK except I hurt my foot a while back and figured out what it was over the weekend. Besides being very, very painful it’s that stuff you know… Sciatica the nerve. I must have somehow stepped wrong, on the net it says a mild aggravation can last 4-8 weeks. It does not feel mild at all and it’s in the bottom of my right flat footsie. If anyone has ever had this please, please tell me what you did to make it feel better, not expecting a cure, feeling better would help. I have been wearing Dr. Scholls shoes. I bought a foot tub to soak my Dogs, it doesn’t always feel better but only having a shower my feet don’t always get clean. Anyway any ideas let me know, thanks.

I was looking at that phony OEM Bulletin and I remembered my last greatest Prank. I pulled it on the whole HOOD down here, cannot remember if it was around April Fools but it worked for along time. I first moved to South Milpas in 1998, it was about a year or so later, cannot remember the exact year the Cacique Street Shelter opened but the HOOD was mellow before it opened and the HOOD went to HELL after it opened. There were more police down here and instead of the neighborhood we had before the area had started to resemble a minimum security prison with the SBPD as guards. The first administration of the Homeless shelter was crooked and they played favorites with clients, it really SUCKED especially for the residents, business owners and employees that lived and worked here. Any Given Day there was lots of crime in the NeighborHOOD and there wasn’t always a constructive response to the problems. One day I sat down and invented a new security company that did not exist. I cannot remember the exact name but it was something like “Crime surveillance Systems” or something like that. I made a headline with a fake name as president and wrote that after a certain date Surveillance cameras were to be set up from Highway 101 at Milpas to the beach and on the rail road tracks East and West, or North and South video taping crime and criminal acts anyone caught on the video tape would be arrested and go to jail. I only put a few of them up around the neighborHOOD as I did not want to get caught or be found out then it would not be taken seriously either way the right people saw it and for months afterward, it cleared a lot of people out of the HOOD…A lot of people thought it was funny and someone else actually claimed that they wrote it but that was OK it served it’s purpose for a while even so after that crime was never really the same down here as many people were paranoid that they was being watched….April Fools this year is on Easter since I am Catholic I can only play jokes in moderation.

Scanner Reports, Friday:

• Domestic Violence at McDonalds 3940 State street a male was beating a female in a vehicle a late model Lexus the reporting party also reported the male also had a gun and he was pulling it on the female. When the Lexus left the parking lot it was being followed by the reporting party a man who was on his cell phone reporting everything he saw to the City Police Dispatcher who was relaying the information to responding police officers.  Because of the reporting party’s actions police were able to locate the offenders pretty quickly  and attempt a traffic stop. The female who was driving the vehicle did not yield for the police and at that point it became a pursuit until the vehicle crashed at Alamar and De La Vina streets. The police  secured the male passenger as he was reported to be in possession of the gun the female bolted. It was Unclear why as she seemed to be a victim in all this but her BoyFIEND gave her up  she was also a crook too having several warrants she ran and the police searched. Acouple hours later and Acouple neighborHOODS over she was captured after attempting to  intimidate a few residents…Not sure how many more crimes she tacked on to her existing warrants but it sounded like she added on to her already broken police record, Pick another line of work maybe stamping license plates or something.

• Hot Springs at Summit vehicle accident.
• Code 40, Drunk female down on the sidewalk 500 Block of West Mission.
• OverDose Milpas Underpass.
• Theft suspect from the French Press WMA in his 20’s wearing a white shirt, and blue jeans took a laptop in a brown back pack.
• At GreyHound there was a male threatening to hurt someone if they did not give him a ticket works other places but NOT IN SANTA BARBARA.
• 242 Assault investigation at the El Carrillo 315 West Carrillo.
• Mother chasing her runaway Son on the East Side ended up in the 1200 Block of Liberty where police responded I heard no more.
• 415 Subject yelling and swinging a broom at the .99 Cent store 424 State street.
• Campers blocking the sidewalk 32 East Haley Street.
• 415 Subject in front of the Lobero.
• Illegal burn highway 101 at Storke road don’t know if it was North or South took it off Twitter.
• SBSO was out with 3  Subjects in the 900 Block of East Valley Road Wanderers.
• Camper in a dark red Ford Van 1000 Block of Chino.
• Threats investigation 500 Block of East Anapamu.
• Late report of a non injury accident 400 Block of West Mission.
• 1021 Report over the phone of a subject who had GUNS stolen out of his vehicle while it was parked at the…………Casino.
• Report of a Structure Fire at the Far West Restaurant 300 Block of East Clark.
• 415 At the California Hotel a white couple yelling at a Black Man 35 State street on the street couple left walking Northbound.
• Wrong Way Driver Cota at Anacapa.
• One shot heard in the 500 Block of Highland.
• Couch on the highway 101 North Bound lanes at El Sueno.

• Rancho Santa Barbara on Old Mill road, 10851 stolen auto.
• Assist other units with homeless problems at Vera Cruz Park 130 East Cota street.
• Check the Welfare of a male slumped over the wheel in a vehicle highway 246 at Hill Haven.
• 400 Block of Por La Mar suspicious circumstances they would not say exactly what.
• Report of a structure fire in the 900 Block of Bradley.
• 415 Fight in the street State at Haley.
• 602 Trespassers near a construction site messing with the fence 26 East Haley.
• Suspicious circumstances First Block of Anacapa the reporting party is at Cottage Hospital.
• 1PM Amtrak pulling into Santa Barbara.
• 314 WMA taking off his clothing in the middle of Holly street missed address.
• Check the welfare of a male under the influence walking around the 200 Block of Oceano.
• Check the welfare of a man barfing in the bushes Westbound on Canon Perdido from Chapala.
• Check the welfare of a drunk HFA who cannot walk in the 300 Block of State street, her clothing keeps falling off too Northbound on State with a male.
• Male, female causing a 415 in the parking lot of the .99 Cent store.
• Check the Welfare of a disoriented male in the 700 Block of Garden street.
• Suspicious vehicle 1400 Block of Almond white suburban with two front flats possibly involved in a wreck.
• Fall victim from a ladder 3200 Block of Calle Mariposa.
• Check the Welfare of a 3 Day old Infant at O’Malleys with two women, the women left when the reporting party called police last I heard they were in front of Starbucks. The call was because one of the women pulled the baby out of the stroller in a rough manner.
• Trespasser on the tracks 300 South Milpas police were unable to locate a trespasser on the tracks.
• 20001 Felony hit and run Cat Canyon at Bell Street.
• 415 Between females in the 100 Block of West Misson.
• Found property at Jacks Bagel 53 South Milpas street.

• Suicidal subject slicing their wrists on Maggie Lane in Santa Maria.
• Trespasser on property in the 1100 Block of Garcia Road.
• 415 Domestic 1600 Block of Garden street.
• Possible prowler 100 Block of Nelson Drive.
• Code 2 Medical for a subject being released from County Jail with a possible Psyche issue.
• Grand Theft investigation in the 600 Block of Del Monte.
• Lines down wires arcing 4400 Block of Sirius Ave in Lompoc.
• A woman reported seeing 2 people fall into the creek at Mission and Castillo but the Fire Department and Police could not find anyone.
• Possible Prowler 1300  Block of East Valley on a property.
• 211 Robbery investigation in a private residence in the general Down Town area, don’t want to say where because it probably happened elsewhere.
• Drinkers in the Milpas UNDERPANTS.
• Vehicle Accident NB El Capitan off ramp.-
• H&S Violation Sun Flower Park 1100 Block of East Mason 2 subjects involved.
• Subject down behind a vehicle in city lot 11/ 500 Block of Anacapa.
• Medical call for a subject possibly going through medication withdrawls in the 4400 Block of Calle Real
• Trespasser stealing fruit off of a tree in the 200 Block of Oceano.
• Medical emergency on a boat, “Head injury” transported to Sea Landing for transport to Cottage.
• 2nd Call Homeless People Hanging out in the Milpas UNDERPANTS.
• Camper at the Visitors center near a fence One North Garden.

I think I’m going to pull a couple pranks on a couple folks this year, been awhile, hopefully they won’t be suspecting anything. I used to be really bad with my April Fools Jokes I don’t do those things anymore the doctors say I’m cured. I like watching YouTube some of the pranks some people pull on there like the guys that lured a thief in the back of a truck then locked him in filming him the whole time he was screaming to get out.
