Two years ago we were lucky enough to have an Anna’s Hummingbird nest in an avocado tree in our backyard. I was able to photograph her nest building through to her two fledge.

That was great. Interesting to watch the chicks’ beaks start to elongate as they get closer to moving out of the house.
Did only one baby make it?
Did you see the one poop before day 14? Very tidy!
The picture of the bird at the feeder is not an Anna’s.
