Lime bikes are still operating in Santa Barbara after being impounded. This one was parked next door to City Hall on Wednesday evening.
The City of Santa Barbara began impounding over 100 scooters last week after the electric scooter rideshare company, Lime Bike, circumvented the City’s rules and regulations.
