Honestly, I hate my picture taken especially by a stranger.
I may ask nicely once, depending, on the situation but the invasion
of my personal space may make me grab their camera too!
Also it sounds like an antagonizing situation was the reason for the photo.

TAGDES, what does breaking the law have to do with anything? I loathe having my photo taken in public by a random stranger when I’m just walking down the street, not breaking any laws. If people are only reluctant to be open to public scrutiny out of concern laws were broken why hasn’t your Glorious Leader published his tax returns?
