Free Legal Clinic for Veterans

Criminal record expungement has proven to help clients obtain future employment, housing and education. Many clients place a high value on expungement of their criminal records. Pepperdine School of Law and the Santa Barbara County Public Defender’s office is partnering with OneJustice’s Justice Bus Project to provide a free legal clinic for veterans in Santa Barbara County who need assistance with criminal record clearance.
The free clinic is 1 to 5 p.m. Friday, November 17 at the Veterans’ Memorial Building, 112 W. Cabrillo Blvd., Santa Barbara 93101.
Space is limited and appointments are required to meet one-on-one with volunteer attorneys free of charge.
