HEALTH AND WELLNESS FOR OLDER ADULTS:
ACTIVE BODY, ACTIVE MIND
The importance of exercise and nutrition in maintaining independence, safety and well-being is paramount to successful aging. During this course you’ll learn and practice strategies to strengthen your body and mind, with an emphasis on improving balance. All ages and levels are welcome to attend. Wear comfortable clothes and appropriate shoes for exercising. There is no charge for this class.
