Seeking Exchange Students for Japan, Ages 13-15

JAPANESE STUDENT-EXCHANGE SUMMER OPPORTUNITY

 

Would you like to represent Santa Barbara as an exchange student  to Japan this summer?   Each year the Santa Barbara Toba Sister City Organization invites four eighth or ninth grade students, ages 13 – 15,  to be Student Ambassadors to Toba, Japan. 

 

During August four SB families will host four Japanese students from Toba for approximately eight days.  The following week the same four Santa Barbara Student Ambassadors will fly to Japan and share eight more days in the Japanese students’ homes.  2019 will be the twenty-sixth year of this student exchange program.

 

The Santa Barbara students will be prepared for their experience with cultural lessons by members of the Sister City Organization.
