December 2nd & 9th | 1PM to 3PM | 4420 Calle Real
Hearts Therapeutic Equestrian Center
Please join us and our herd of beautiful horses for a workshop designed to support psychotherapists in the area of self-care.
Together we will explore current strategies of self-care and how engaging with horses can promote those principles.
Each participant will have the opportunity to interact with the horses as a group and individually.
A horse’s heart is five times bigger than the human heart, and it is believed that they have more mirroring neurons than humans or dogs. They know our pulse. What better partners to mirror our feelings and to guide us in self-attunement and discovery!
PLEASE WEAR LONG PANTS & CLOSED-TOE SHOES
Journals for self-reflection are welcomed.
Facilitators: Diana M. Ferrari, MFT, MH; Lauren Hayes, ESMHL
Fee: $75.00 per session
