The Santa Barbara chapter of Charitable Gift Planners is presenting a virtual educational meeting on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 from 12 noon – 12:45 p.m. David E. Graff will speak on topic “Estate Planning during the Time of COVID19.” The meeting sponsor is Blackbaud.

Graff is a partner at Allen & Kimbell, LLP, in Santa Barbara, California. He is a State Bar of California Certified Specialist in both Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law, as well as Taxation Law. Graff advises individual clients and families planning the transfer of their wealth from one generation to the next, to provide for friends and loved ones, or to accomplish philanthropic goals. His representation provides not just for the creation of an estate plan, but an overall strategy for each client, including estate, gift, income, and property tax analysis, consideration of insurance and retirement plans, business planning, and coordination with other professionals.
He serves on the Boards of Directors of several local charities and is active in many Santa Barbara civic organizations. Along with his wife, daughter, and dog, David enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, and scuba diving.
Graff received his B.A. at the University of Pennsylvania, his J.D. from the University of California at Davis and a Master’s degree in tax law from New York University. He is a member of the State Bar of California and is licensed to practice in the United States Tax Court.
