Monthly Food Drive Hosted by Waypoint Church SB

Waypoint Church SB wanted to show love to our neighbors and community by hosting a Monthly Food Drive every 3rd Saturday of the Month.
Due to the pandemic we are all currently facing, there are not many opportunities to “gather” and do a service project. But the need for food is at an all time high. So the members of Waypoint Church SB wanted to help and decided to host a Food Drive in January. It was a success and practical way to help.
The people in our community of Santa Barbara are amazing and we believe many want to help. Since the Food Bank is open M-F 8am-3:30pm, Saturdays are a great option for people to bring their donations. Donors just have to drive up in front of the church and drop off their donations. All food and monetary donations will go to the Food Bank SB. If the simple act of sharing our food can encourage someone, then it is worth it.
