New Mid Century Modern Antique Shop Opens In The Funk Zone

Announcing sbmidmod Grand Opening: Santa Barbara Funk Zone, June 26, 6-9 p.m.
Vintage Mid-Century Modern furniture, art and decor lovers have a new place to shop in Santa Barbara: sbmidmod is newly open at 223 Anacapa Street in Santa Barbara’s Funk Zone.
sbmidmod features a curated collection of rare finds and unique pieces. Antique dealer Tracey Strobel has more than 20 years’ experience sourcing, researching, and restoring pieces. She has an eye and a passion for art and functional objects that can be used in everyday life.
If you’re a discerning gift giver, or have a vision for a room that’s missing that perfect chair or lamp, or simply relish creative expression, you will love sbmidmod. Located in the heart of Santa Barbara’s Funk Zone — an arts and cultural district. Pay us a visit as you enjoy the area’s wineries, art galleries, restaurants and one-of-a-kind shops.
Please join us for the Grand Opening on Saturday, June 26, from 6 to 9 p.m. Regular hours are Thursdays noon to 5:30 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays 1 to 6 p.m., and by appointment — but if the door is open, so is the shop.
