The Arroyo Hondo Preserve is again open to the public on the first and third full weekends of each month, advanced reservations required. Several months after the Alisal Fire, fire following native plants can be seen sprouting from the hillsides and creek banks, along with the return of mule deer, foxes, hawks, and other wildlife. Explore the trails and enjoy the sun-drenched vistas or stay cool along the shady creek at this historic nature preserve.
All open dates are subject to change in accordance with government public health and safety orders as well as weather advisories. Please visit sblandtrust.org for the most current visiting information.
