“I have been taking pictures since I was a child, first with a Kodak Brownie camera,” said Carpinteria-based photographer Ken Pfeiffer. “I enjoyed the entire process of finding things to photograph, having the film processed, looking at the prints, and showing them to other people. “
Pfeiffer’s photos featuring Carpinteria and its natural beauty are the focus of an exhibition of his work on display now at Zookers Restaurant. All works, on metal prints in various sizes, are available for purchase. Zookers is donating 20% of all sales to the Carpinteria Art Center for scholarships.
“My favorite photographic subjects are landscapes and nature. I also have an interest in architectural photography, and do professional architectural and real estate photography,” said Pfeiffer.
This is the final week of the show, which ends on Saturday, November 19, 2022. Zookers is located at 5404 Carpinteria Avenue, Carpinteria, and is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Saturday. More information about Ken Pfeiffer’s photography can be found online at KensProMedia.com
